PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for achieving a simpler and more quick manufacturing process than conventional ones, by making the windings of all the coils of a rotor unit with an annular repeater for rotation sensors in a consistent working process possible. SOLUTION: For manufacturing a rotor unit with an annular repeater for rotation sensors, a coil assembly 10 for mounting therein a repeater coil 9 is used. As the wind starting portions of windings, this coil assembly 10 has claws 15 protruded outward in its radial direction. Fastening the end portions of windings to these wind starting portions whenever they are wound, all the coils of the rotor unit are manufactured in a consistent winding process. Subsequently, these claws 15 are removed therefrom to connect the end portions of the windings with each other by usual methods. Thereby, first, the core portions of the rotor coils and the repeater are attached to a rotor shaft 1 to make the manufacturings of all the coils in a consistent working process possible. |
