HORIZONTAL FIRE GRATE WITH MECHANISM PROVIDING SIMULTANEOUSLY SHAKING AND VIBRATION

The invention refers to boiler furnaces with horizontal furnace-bars with a capacity of up to ~ 10MW and where solid fuel with elevated ash content Ap, more than 2%, is burned. The proposed furnace-bars might also be used effectively for fuel with lower ash content burning. The analogous construction is effectively used also for gas-generator furnaces and stationary gas-generators.Essence of invention: in the proposed furnace bars construction are uniting swaying movements and vibration providing elements; - proposed furnace-bars construction provides increased furnace-bars cooling field which is prescribed by furnace-bars construction, hanging mode, movement and vibration providing mechanisms usage simultaneously, considering fuel burning factors in layer and gas-generator type furnaces; - furnaces-bars are applied, ballasts of them are used as hanging movement centre; furnace-bars swaying (forward-backward movement that in special cases can be rectilinear movement) and vibration is reached without help of pivots, using sprocket bar-slide mechanism with rotating (and/or swaying, and/or being in rectilinear movement) slide, besides space between sprocket bar sprockets is larger than moving bar width, which secures simultaneously bars movement and vibration, sprocket bar moving to reverse directions and rapping to bars bottom side, and forwards improves ash coming through; - depending on fuel type bars movement frequency is adjusted and/or turning angle.Fig. shows one of the technological realizations of proposed furnace-bars device.
