摘要 FIELD: weight measuring equipment. SUBSTANCE: sensor has resonant cavity which accommodates two mutually perpendicular adjusting members made as plungers mounted with respective volumetric clearance. One of the plunger is positioned along direction of force action. Sensor also has communication elements connected to excitation circuit of the first and second frequency oscillations, as well as communication elements for taking off the oscillations. One of the plungers may be manufactured of two parts positioned opposite to each other with volumetric clearance between them. Volumetric clearance of other plunger is formed between its vacant face and wall of resonant cavity. Both plungers may be positioned in one plane, and each plunger may be made of two parts arranged opposite to each other and forming the volumetric clearances. Element with conducting surfaces is introduced between those parts. Communication elements intended for exciting and taking off the oscillations are made as communication loops, and excitation circuits, as amplifiers. EFFECT: higher measurement results. 9 cl, 5 dwgo
