PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform the same processing as the processing executed by analog signal processing, or the processing not executed by the analog with digital signal processing by synthesizing a musical sound from first, second waveform signals generated based on different phase signals with modulation. SOLUTION: A phase generator 1 generates repeatedly a phase within the range of 2π at a frequency f1. This phase signal θ(t) is supplied to a waveform generator 2a and a phase shifter 4b. The phase shifter 4b receives a phase shift angle ϕ(t) from a modulator 3, and supplies the θ+ϕ obtd. by shifting the phase θ(t) by ϕ(t) to the waveform generator 2b. When the phase shift angle ϕ(t) is changed hourly, the input phase of the waveform generator 2b is changed hourly. A multiplexer 6 receives the output waveforms of the waveform generators 2a, 2b to supply their difference as an output signal. In such a manner, by modulating one side of the phases inputted to a pair of waveform generators 2a, 2b, a pulse signal modulated with a duty ratio is supplied. |
