PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus safely collecting a sample accurately showing all kinds of poisonous liquids regardless of viscosity without changing the component thereof or the particle size of particles therein. SOLUTION: A protective hermetically closed body houses a circulating device 10 in a jet pump form. A liquid to be analyzed is sucked out of a tank by a suction arm 17 and discharged along with a drive soln. through a return arm. A sampling flask is pressed to the rear surface of a support plate 9 allowing the suction arm 17 and a return arm 18 to meet with each other and closing a sampling circuit and, in this state, the flask is emptied and a liquid is subsequently injected into the flask to apply a stopcock to the flask. The suction and return arm positioned in the hermetically closed body are connected to the suction and return pipes outside the hermetically closed body.
