PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the solar battery module in which adhesive performance between a transparent film and a packing material is excellent with high reliability for a long time. SOLUTION: In this module 1400, a solar battery element 1420 located between a reinforcement plate 1430 and a transparent film 1430 is packed by a resin using an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) for a major component, and a film including a fluororesin where a metallic oxide thin film made of one of Si, Zr, Ti, Ta, Hf, Mo, W, Nb, Sn, In, Al, Cr and Zn or over is formed onto a contact face with the EVA by the dry method is adopted for the transparent film 1430. |
