The present invention relates to a method for automatically controlling a vehicle by using driving information of a navigation terminal, allowing an electronic component part of a vehicle to automatically control a turn signal by using a rotation direction guide message as event information when the rotation direction guide message is generated in a navigation terminal. The method for automatically controlling a vehicle by using driving information of a navigation terminal comprises a step of generating event information including vehicle direction conversion information that the vehicle needs to be turned leftward or rightward after being driven at a predetermined distance by the navigation terminal mounted on the vehicle to be used during driving; a step of transmitting the event information to an electronic component part of the vehicle (or an electric control unit (ECU) and the electric component of the vehicle); and a step of automatically turning on the turn signal of the vehicle while corresponding to the event information by the electronic compartment part receiving the event information. The method for automatically controlling a vehicle by using driving information of a navigation terminal has an advantage in that a turn signal or the like can automatically be controlled even without a direct operation by a driver of a vehicle, and the method can be used as a useful technique when self-driving cars become popular in the future. |
