The present invention relates to an integral trigger plate-type damper pulley which is able to prevent a part of the composition from breaking away with an integral structure with a simple composition and to provide convenience in manufacturing. According to the present invention, provided is an integral trigger plate-type damper pulley comprising: a ring-shaped pulley (31) with a plurality of belt grooves (35) formed on an outer circumferential surface; a ring-shaped elastic member (32) made of rubber to be combined with the inner circumferential surface of the pulley (31); a shaft unit (36) made by bending and molding a steel plate to be combined with the inner circumferential surface of the elastic member (32), which has a shaft hole (37) to be placed in the center of a radius of the pulley (31) and the elastic member (32); a hub plate unit (38) bent from the shaft unit (36) to be extended toward the elastic member (32); a rim unit (39) bent from the hub plate unit (38) to be pressed and close to an internal side surface of the elastic member (32); a trigger hub body (33) bent from the rim unit (39) with a trigger plate unit (40) having a detecting unit (43) formed along a circumference by being extended along the outer circumference of one end unit of the pulley (31) and the elastic member (32); and a boss (34) placed in the shape of a single pipe body to correspond to the shaft hole (37) and to be combined with the shaft unit (36). |
