The present invention relates to an organic light emitting element capable of operating at a low voltage while having a long lifespan. More particularly, the organic light emitting element comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; and a luminous layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The luminous layer includes at least one among amine compounds represented by chemical formula A or chemical formula B, and at least one among compounds represented by chemical formula D. The structures of the chemical formula A, chemical formula B, and chemical formula D are the same as described in the specification.
