The present invention provides a crane head capable of inserting or drawing out a boom in a stepwise manner. The crane head according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first boom having a first insertion hole, a second fixation hole and a third fixation hole; a second boom coupled to the first boom to be able to move in a first direction, and having a second insertion hole and a first fixation hole; a first moving unit to reciprocally move in the first direction; a side pin coupled to the first moving unit and selectively inserted into the first insertion hole or the second insertion hole; a fixation pin to be selectively inserted into the first fixation hole and the second fixation hole or the first fixation hole and the third fixation hole as the second boom moves; and a safety pin to restrict movement of one between the side pin or the fixation pin.
