摘要 The present invention relates to a portable tension meter. A pair of clamp rods are inserted and installed in parallel through an internal space of a pipe grip which becomes a casing usable as a handle. A pipe cap having a load cell arranged therein is assembled and installed in an upper end of the pipe grip. A clamping knob is installed in a lower end of the pipe grip to use a clamping ball to push the clamp rods in a center direction. A tension bolt which is an input means of the load cell is connected to an upper end of each clamp rod, and a clamp finger protruding to the outside through the pipe grip is installed in a lower end of the clamp rod to use the clamping knob and the clamping ball to firmly mesh cultivated laver attached to a cultivation rope with the clamp finger, immediately determining an adhesive strength (i.e., rooting strength) of the cultivated laver with respect to the cultivation rope by a method of measuring a maximum tensile force or an average tensile force on a point when the cultivated laver is separated from the cultivation rope during a process of holding the pipe grip with a hand and pulling the cultivated laver upwards at a site to suggest a more objective and systematic determination reference than a conventional case where freshness and quality were determined by relying on a sense or the experience of a skilled expert; and maximizing an onsite applicability to prevent waste of time, manpower, and expenses required to transport a sampling cultivation rope to which cultivated laver is attached to a laboratory.
