PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pick-up device of high quality which enables precise-alignment and fixation of a laser light-emitting device and a signal detection light-receiving device. SOLUTION: In the optical pick-up device having a laser diode 25, a photodiode 23, and a base 21, on which the laser diode 25 and the photodiode 23 are set, at least one of the laser diode 25 and the photodiode 23 is mounted on mounting stages 22, 24, and transit terminals 26, 28 for connecting the laser diode 25 and the photodiode 23 mounted on the mounting stages 22, 24 to an external circuit 33 are provided in a unified manner. |
