PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a specific server machine from being overloaded by making a client machine as a request source execute some of processes relating to speaking in and attendance at a debate. SOLUTION: A debate server 120 generates and holds a speaking list file 123 wherein speaking indexes and storage locations of corresponding speaking contents are listed as to respective debate themes 121. To refer to registered speaking information, a user who does not specify an attendance object refers to the speaking list file 123 of corresponding debate themes 121 that the debate server 120 holds from an specified attendance client 150. A user who specifies a specific debate theme 121 as a fixed attendance object, on the other hand, refers to a delivery speaking list file 142 of a corresponding user classification 141 that its server 140 holds from a debate specified attendance client 160. Consequently, the user knows whether or not there is a voice regarding the specified debate theme. |
