<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time needed to search for a target file name by displaying the file names of files which are high in access frequency at the time of a request to display file names. SOLUTION: A high-acccess-frequency file selection part 12 refers to the contents of an access frequency table 30 at an operator's file name display request to add the file name of a file of high access frequency to display objects. A display file selection part 13 adds a file name specified in a special specification table 50 to the display object file name added by the high-access-frequency file selection part 12 without any repetition. When a request to display file names is made, the file name of high access frequency and the file name which is specially specified in advance are displayed at the display part of a display device 22.</p> |
