<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the peeling off of the connection surface of a saddle joint with a pipe body by providing a pipe body in which a core in a spherical shell shape receiving port is inserted turnably and a saddle joint having a cylinder part in which the other end of the pipe body is inserted and fitting plurality of uneven parts of the outer periphery of the other end of the pipe body to the uneven part of the inner periphery of the cylinder part mutually. SOLUTION: A spherical shell shape receiving port 11 is installed on the one end of a pipe body 1 and a core 2 formed on the spherical surface of an outer periphery surface by a synthetic resin is inserted turnably in the receiving port 11. Plural uneven parts 121 extending in the axial direction at every prescribed interval in the peripheral direction are installed on the outer periphery of the other end of the pipe body 1. While, a saddle joint 3 is formed by providing a cylinder part 31 in which the other end of the pipe body 1 is inserted and a brim 32 adhering and connecting to the outer periphery surface of a main pipe P and plurality of uneven parts 311 meshed with the uneven part 121 are installed on the inner periphery of the cylinder part 31. The peeling off of the outer periphery of the other end of the pipe body 1 from the inner periphery of the saddle joint 3 by an outer force is prevented by bonding and fitting without clearance through an adhesive agent the uneven part 121 of these pipe body 1 with the uneven part 311 of the cylinder part 31.</p> |
