<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent retransfer under various conditions of electric current for transfer and to attain high image density by adding specified fine particles of an N-contg. high molecular compd. to toner matrix particles and imparting a specified heat absorption peak. SOLUTION: Fine particles of an N-contg. high molecular compd. having 0.05-2.0μm, preferably 0.1-1.0μm average particle diameter are stuck to toner matrix particles preferably by 0.01-0.3 part by mass to obtain the objective negative charge type toner having one or more heat absorption peaks by differential thermal analysis in a range of <=120 deg.C. The N-contg. high molecular compd. is, e.g. a polymer having amino groups in a side chain or a resin copolymer having amido bonds. A compd., resin or wax having one or more heat absorption peaks by differential thermal analysis in a range of <=120 deg.C is preferably contained in the toner so that the toner has one or more heat absorption peaks by differential thermal analysis in a range of <=120 deg.C.</p> |
