FIELD: metallurgy; continuous production of wire. SUBSTANCE: method is effected by extrusion of molten material into cooling fluid whose layer is pressed to drum wall under the action of centrifugal force. Internal wall of drum has side surface which gradually approaches the axis of drum rotation in direction outside from drum. Used are means for moving the wire along this surface so that wire comes out of drum under centrifuge force. Produced wire presents metal amorphous wire used for reinforcing of pneumatic tiers.
