PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the visibility of a user for an image displayed on an image display device from lowering by controlling the moving amount of the image caused by the movement of the image display device. SOLUTION: A change detection part 1 detects a specified physical change acting on the image display device, and an image change content calculation part 2 decides a method answering to the physical change of the image display device detected by the change detection part 1 among plural beforehand set methods moving the image displayed on the image display device and calculates the moving amount of the image based on the method, and an original image input part 3 inputs the beginning image (original image), and an image moving part 4 moving the original image according to the moving amount of the image calculated by the image change content calculation part 2, and an image display part 5 displays the image after moved.
