<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release the inner surface of a bellows easily in a short time at the removal time of the deposits on the inner surface of the bellows by dividing the inner cylinder installed in an expansion joint into a plurality of inner cylinder members in the peripheral direction of an inner hole and also supporting its one side rotatably so that respective inner cylinder members can be raised up. SOLUTION: A rectangular large calibre expansion joint 10 in which an inner hole section has a circular corner part is composed of a bellows 21 and a straight pipe 22 and flange 23 connected with its both ends. In this inner hole of this expansion joint 10, the inner cylinder is constituted by arranging a plate shape cylinder members 24 divided into a plurality of rectangular shapes in the peripheral direction and an arc shape inner cylinder member 25 is response to the circular corner part so as to spread all over along the inner hole. When the inner surface of the bellows 21 is released for the inspection and cleaning in a pipe passage, the fixed lever 13a of a fixed part 13 is turned so as to take off the tip from the fixed member 13c, then a plate shape inner cylinder member 24 is separated by holding a handle 12 and raising up a rotation support part 11 to a fulcrum and thereafter respective inner members 24, 25 are separated in order.</p> |
