<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose joint which can connect a rubber hose without generating high compression stress on a resin element. SOLUTION: In a hose joint, a single rigid straight pipe 10 is provided, its end part 11 is engaged with inside an end part of a hose 25. In an end part of a pipe, an annular protrusion 14 is provided in a position apart from a pipe end, the joint is provided with a variable type metal sleeve 20 for surrounding the end part of the pipe. In the sleeve 20, an inward facing tooth 23 is provided in one end, this tooth 23 is curved in the sleeve 20, to be engageable with the protrusion 14 from a side distant from a tip end of the pipe, in this way, the sleeve 20 is held onto the pipe. The sleeve 20, after an end part of the hose 25 is inserted to the pipe beyond the protrusion of the pipe end part in the sleeve 20, is deformed, the hose 25 is fastened to the end part of the pipe, and for holding the hose 25 onto the pipe, the end part of the hose 25 is lock hooked to the protrusion.</p> |
