PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of being used for various applications by adapting optical fiber gyro technique. SOLUTION: This embodiment comprises: a polarizer 2 for branching light from a light source 1 into 2 optical paths; an optical fiber 3 which is wound in a loop shape, which has the branched polarizer 2 from the both ends, and on which each light is incident; a detection part 6 which condenses each light propagated clockwise and counterclockwise in the optical fiber 3 to detect beat frequency generated from deviations of each of optical frequencies; and a magnet 4 provided movably along the optical fiber 3. The detection part 6 decides a movement state of the magnet 4 by the beat frequency.
