<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly cause the reversal phenomenon of a cleaning blade, even if used for a long time and to obtain stable and sufficient cleaning performance by using a specific cleaning blade and specific toner. SOLUTION: A cleaning device 61 is provided with the cleaning blade 611 made of urethane resin. The edge part of the cleaning blade 611 is brought into press-contact with a photoreceptor drum 11. Further, the edge part of the cleaning blade 611 abuts on the drum 11 by a counter system. In this image forming device, the resilience of the cleaning blade 611 is set >=10% to <=65%, more preferably <=60% at a room temp. and further, as to toner used, an average grain diameter is >=3μm to <=15μm, more preferably <=12μm and the absolute value of a charge quantity per unit weight is >=5μC/g, more preferably >=10μC/g to <=50μC/g.</p> |
