<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress influences on photographic characteristics, and to suppress damages or production of paper dust during production, storage or transfer of a photosensitive material even when recycled paper is used for a packaged by using a multilayered paper board in which different structural source materials are used to form top and back surfaces and the weight per unit area of each layer is specified, then preparing the paper board into a punched sheet having rules and notches, making a box from the sheet. SOLUTION: For example, when a white paper board is used as a multilayered paper board as a packaging material for a photosensitive material, intermediate layers d1 to d3 are formed between the back layer (e), surface layer (b) and layer (c) just under the surface, while a coating layer (a) is formed on the outer surface of the surface layer (b). The back layer (e) is made of a recycled paper pulp from newspapers, while the intermediate layers d1 to d3 are made of almost 100% recycled paper pulp from magazines to form a three-layer structure. Then a bleached craft pulp is used by about 100% to form the surface layer (b) having >=80% whiteness degree. Then a pulp showing >=70% whiteness degree prepared from recycled newspaper by removing ink and bleaching is used by 100% to form the layer (c) just under the surface. The wt. of each layer per unit area is 150 to 700g/m<2> . The multilayered paper board thus prepared is used to obtain a punched sheet having rules and notches. Then a carton is produced from the sheet.</p> |
