PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a waste in a high temperature condition which is more than a predetermined temperature by mounting a burner on a wall of a burner chamber which is located opposite to a waste disposal chamber and making a blow- off direction of the burner toward the waste disposal chamber. SOLUTION: A first burner chamber 30 is communicated with a first waste disposal chamber 20 at a communicating portion 31. In the first burner chamber 30, a first burner 32 is mounted on a wall portion 36 which is located opposite to the waste disposal chamber 20. The first burner 32 has its blow-off direction directed toward the first waste disposal chamber 20. The inner surface of the first burner chamber 30 has a serrated surface 34 made of a large number of concaves and covexes. The maximum diameterΦof a flame F of the first burner 32 and the height H and the width W of the inside of the first burner chamber 30 are determined asΦ<=H and W<2.5Φ. Furthermore, the relationship between the length L of the flame F of the first burner 32 and the depth D of the first burner chamber 30 are determined as D/4<L<2D.
