PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device of an optimum condition by combining the fixing unit of a type using a film, and a low temperature fixing type toner. SOLUTION: In an image forming device which has a developing unit 4 furnishing a developer regulating member, and a fixing unit 6, a silicone rubber or a rubber with resin coating is used for the developer regulating member, the toner coating amount (M/S) on a developer carrier is maintained more than 0.5mg/cm<2> and less than 1.2mb/cm<2> , and the toner ribo (Q/M) on the developer carrier is maintained more than 6μC/g, and less than 15μCg. And the adhesive amount of the toner to a recording member when a prescribed pattern at the printing ratio 4% is printed is made more than 35mg and less than 50mg, while the 4 dot line width at 600dpi is made more than 165μm and less than 200μm, and the recording member temperature just after the fixing by a fixing unit 6 is made more than 90 deg.C and less than 130 deg.C, so as to obtain a fixed image. |
