PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the total operability and usability by employing a three- layered structure consisting of a specific resin film, highhardness sponge as an intermediate layer supporting the resin film, and high-friction-coefficeint sponge as a lower layer evading a slide on a mount surface. SOLUTION: This pad is in the three-layered structure consisting of the resin film 4 as an upper layer which has unevenness 3 of surface roughness Rz formed in an irregular shape on the top surface 2 to 10-90×m, the high- hardness sponge 5 as the intermediate layer supporting the resin film 4, and the high-friction-coefficient sponge 7 as the lower layer for evading a slide on the mount surface. The hardness of the unevenness 3 is 70-98 deg., so a mouse ball 11 sinks to a proper extent and rotates without slipping, so that a cursor can accurately be moved. A mouse low part 12, on the other hand, is small in resistance because of the reduction of its contact surface by the unevenness 3 and the mouse ball 11 excellently sinks, so the surface 2 of the resin film 4 is not rubbed against, thereby improving the operability of the mouse 10.
