PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable and sufficient cleaning performance by using a specific cleaning blade and specific toner. SOLUTION: A cleaning device 61 is provided with a cleaning blade 611. The edge part of the cleaning blade 611 comes into press-contact with a photoreceptor drum 11. This edge part abuts on the drum 11 by a counter system. In the cleaning blade 611, resilience is set >=10%, preferably >=40% and <=65%, more preferably <=60% and a projecting quantity is equal to or more than thickness and below 10 times the thickness, more preferably, 2-5 times the thickness. Further, in toner used, an average grain diameter is >=3 [μm] to <=12 [μm] and the absolute value of a charge quantity per unit weight is >=10 [μC/g] to <=50 [μC/g]. Moreover, a silicon dioxide is added to toner by >=0.05wt.%, more preferably >=0.3wt.% to <=2wt.%, as an aftertreatment agent.
