FIELD: carpet production technology. SUBSTANCE: carpet has intermediate foam layer and liner with loops. Foam layer is made with fabric coating at its both sides. Bottom coating is provided with loops. Carpet liner is attached to foam sandwich by means of common method. Foam sandwich can be secured to nap layer of carpet at same time and with using same material which binds and compacts nap layer of carpet. Alternately, foam sandwich can be produced, stored, and then attached to carpet which is preliminarily coated with binding material. EFFECT: high efficiency. 20 cl, 2 dwgA |
