The hand control has a rigid guide handle bar (1) connectable to at least two lines connected to the sailboard. The handle bar can cooperate with a stem (4) via a free coupling (9). The stem is connected at its lower end by a free connection (9) to a sail board. The stem can be adjusted for height (7). the connections (3,5,6) are pivotable and adjustable using a clip.
