FIELD: pediatrics. SUBSTANCE: mucous membrane of large intestine is affected by helium- neon laser radiation with power density 1 mW/sq.cm for 1 to 5 min directly through rigid rectoromanoscope, whereas distal regions of intestine are affected by laser through fibrocolonoscope by way of connecting laser to bundle of light ducts of the latter. EFFECT: increased treatment efficiency.
