PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate an actual conference with good operability by closely interlocking a common use white board equipment with a common use material display device. SOLUTION: The cooperative work aid system is composed of a plurality of terminal equipments, interconnected by a network 20 where each is composed of a commonly used white board equipment 31 provided with a means providing the same image among a plurality of terminal equipments and a commonly used material display device 32 provided with a means displaying an image of a paper material used in common among a plurality of the terminal equipments. In this case, image data exchange means 8, 9 are provided to the commonly used white board equipment 31, commonly used material display device 32 to exchange image data on the screen between the commonly used white board equipment 31 and the common use material display device 32 and image data used by the commonly used white board equipment 31 and image data used for the commonly used material display device 32 are not independently received, by exchanging directly the image data between the commonly used white board equipment 31 and the commonly used material display device 32. |
