PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent detachment of a handle at a position except three positions and temporarily stop a movable blade at the three positions without using a control electric power source by installing members which restrict respective lock pins to respectively control insertion and rotation of the handle. SOLUTION: In the case a movable blade is not at three positions; the close point and the open point of a circuit breaker provided with an earth switchgear and the close point of the earth switchgear; by a manual operation of the circuit breaker, a slide axis 44 is in the left by a cam 51 and a spring 51 and a restricting member 47 restricts lock pins 34, 42 for sliding and rotating down and hinders the insertion of a handle 29. In the case the blade is at one of three positions, the cam 51 releases the restriction of the member 47, so that the pin 42 is lifted up by a grip 43 and the handle 29 is inserted and the pin 34 is pushed up by a tapered face of the tip end of the handle, dropped in the circumferential groove 30, and joined with an operational axis 27. When the handle 29 is turned, the cam 51 again restricts the member 47 and hinders the handle 29 from being pulled out and at the same time, at the next position of the three positions, the tip end of the pin 42 is dropped to a lock hole 33 and the blade is temporarily stopped. |
