PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for high-speed transmission, which is light and which can be easily assembled and of which impedance can be matched by performing the conductive plating to the insulating resin formed with a part corresponding to an external conductor, which forms a coaxial connector having a shielding function. SOLUTION: A male contact 1 is formed of a soldered terminal unit 7a which is projected out of a bottom outer wall of a box-shaped housing 8a having an opening in one end thereof, and an outer cylindrical conductor 6 for surrounding plural contact pins 7 extended toward the opening from the inner wall of the bottom. A female contact unit 4 is formed of a conductive cylindrical member 4a having plate spring pinching parts 13b which contact with the periphery of the contact pin 7 for holding, and a resin cylindrical projecting part 4b using the outer conductor 6 which is made to contact with the resin cylindrical projecting part 4 by the plate spring pinching part 13a of the outer cylindrical conductor 6 through a metal film 16, as an earth potential. A metal film 15 is formed in a partitioning wall 5 for shielding a space between the terminals 9 which are bent to a back surface side of a housing 8b provided with plural female contact parts from the housing 8b and which are inserted into each through-hole of a wiring board 43. |
