PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a transaction with a specified bank account opened beforehand for the purchase of a betting ticket or the refund of a dividend by using a dedicated card by writing all data in the dedicated card and performing the transaction with the specified bank account. SOLUTION: The dedicated card is inserted into a dedicated card input/output part 3 and an identification number is inputted and reported to a control part 8. The control part 8 collates a bank account number stored in the dedicated card and the informed identification number to a host computer through a channel part 7. The host computer checks whether or not a winning betting ticket is present in issued ticket contents, and when it is present, the dividend is transferred to a bank and added to the bank account at the bank. Also, the host computer withdraws the balance of an inquiry bank account for the bank account and updates the card balance of the dedicated card to the same value as the balance of the bank account.
