PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a the disposable communication terminal which is effective by providing a notification means which receives information regarding the excess of use over its limit addressed to its terminal from a moving body exchange and informs the user of that and a means which disconnects a calling request and controls a call in communication. SOLUTION: The disposable mobile communication terminal performs exchange control over a moving body communication by referring to subscriber information on a home memory station which holds information regarding a use limit in a storage area for the subscriber information of the home memory station. At the same time, this system has a moving body exchange which performs charging and update by subtracting the information regarding the use limit by the calling of the disposable mobile communication terminal according to its communication time or communication quantity and monitors whether the use limit is exceeded. Thus, the mobile communication terminal and its communication management system which can effectively comply with a user's request temporary use with simple constitution and control like this are obtained. |
