FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to connecting device for multilayer panels having mineral-wool core 1 covered at both sides with sheets 2 adhered to it. Mineral-wool core 1 is left uncovered along edge located between groove-and-tongue connection 3, 3' made in covering so as to ensure conjugation of surfaces of mineral-wool core of panels being joined. For hermetic sealing of joint, mineral-wool core 1 at point of groove-and-tongue connection is subjected to more forceful compression in direction of panel conjugation than in its other place after displacing covering sheets to rest in their groove-and-tongue connections.
