A high and low, left and right, back and forth scrolling device has a housing, in which there are a set of horizontal shafts and a set of vertical shafts. The horizontal shafts and the vertical shafts are wound respectively by films. In the housing, there are also two sets of driving mechanism, one of which makes with a clutch the horizontal shafts or the vertical shafts rotate in one direction to scroll the films in this direction. Another set of driving mechanism makes also with a clutch the horizontal shafts or the vertical shafts rotate in the opposite direction to scroll the films in the opposite direction. In the intersecting point of the horizontal film and the vertical film there is a guiding board, which guides the horizontal and vertical film. Between the shafts and a framework there are a fast engaging mechanism to make the shaft and gears engage and unengage quickly. This device can be used for advertisement board, electronic white or black board, visitor's board and scrolling doors or windows. |
