PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the transmission efficiency of the entire system by preventing deterioration avoidance in outgoing channel reception quality of a mobile station from causing in a chain reaction the outgoing channel reception quality deterioration of other mobile station in the two-way mobile ratio communication system adopting a CDMA(code division multiplex access) radio modulation system. SOLUTION: A base station is provided with a base station controller 11 connecting to all base station transmitter-receiver sets 70, and each base station transmitter-receiver set 70 is provided with a memory 12 and a base station control station interface device 13. The base station reads a gain set to a variable gain transmission amplifier 77 of all the base station transmitter-receiver sets during communication to calculate the transmission power of the entire base station. When the total transmission power is a prescribed value or over, the base station controller 11 reads the outgoing channel reception quality information stored in the memory 12 to instruct the revision of the gain to the transmission power controller 76. |
