PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the vibration of a low-temperature rotor by providing a counter weight attaching section on the outside of the vacuum section of the rotor. SOLUTION: Bellows 6 are provided between the low-temperature rotor 1 and ordinary-temperature rotor 2 of a superconducting rotor and the rotors 1 and 2 are maintained under vacuum conditions so as to reduce the intrusion of heat into the rotors 1 and 2. When the rotor 1 is cooled to a low temperature from a room temperature and thermally shrinks, the bellows 6 absorbs the thermal shrinkage difference between the rotors 1 and 2. In addition, a counterweight attaching section 7 is provided on the outside of the vacuum section of the rotor 1 and a counterweight is attached to a attaching groove 8. The weight can be attached to the outside of the vacuum section from the outside through a weight attaching hole 9. Since the attaching section 7 is provided on the outside of the vacuum section, the counterweight can be attached easily at the time of adjusting the vibration of the rotor 1. |
