PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize at which cross-point a vehicle turns right or left. SOLUTION: A passage side device 10 arranged at a cross-point recognizes the passage of approaching vehicles 20 and 30 by obtaining the passage from the vehicle 30, obtaining a destination from the vehicle 20, and providing the passage. Then, when the vehicles 20 and 30 turn right or left, passage side display devices 16 and 18 arranged at the cross-point are turned on and off. A sound message for turning right or left at the cross-point at which the display is turned on and off is generated from speakers 26 and 36 to the vehicles 20 and 30 so that the cross-point can be easily guided to a driver. |
