SUBSTANCE: products: substituted 3-aminopiperidines of the formula (I) <EMI ID=0.285 HE=27 WI=27 TI=CHI> where R - phenyl or substituted phenyl, C<SB>3</SB>-C<SB>7</SB>-cycloalkoxy, hydroxy, amino--C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>4</SB>-alkylamino-C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>4</SB>-alkyl, phenylhydroxy, naphthyl, thienyl, quinolyl; R<SP>2</SP>- - phenyl. Reagent 1: aminopiperidine of the formula (II) <EMI ID=0.286 HE=21 WI=21 TI=CHI> where R<SP>2</SP>- - phenyl. Reagent 2: aldehyde of the formula R<SP>1</SP>--CHO. Reaction conditions: in solvent medium, in the presence of reducing agent. The synthesized compounds were used in medicine as antiinflammatory preparations.
