PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transmission quality without decreasing the transmission rate of transmit data by imposing spread modulation on the transmit data and an error correction code with different spread codes, and transmitting them with carriers of the same frequency. SOLUTION: A transmitter 1 performs spectrum spreading of the transmission data and error code by spectrum spreading units 4 and 6 with different spread codes and modulates carriers of the same frequency by using modulators 8 and 9 for the obtained spread transmit data and spread error correction code. Then the RF spread transmit data and RF spread error correction code signal are transmitted. A receiver 20 demodulate the received RF spread transmit data and RF spread error correction code signal with carriers of the same frequency with the transmitter 1 by using a demodulator 23. Spectrum inverse spread units 25 and 27 obtain transmit data and an error correction code through inverse spreading using the same spread code with the transmitter 1 and correct errors of the data, which are outputted. |
