PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a power converter to stably receive and deliver electric power, by outputting the DC voltage command of the converter based on a power command and a detected power value, and controlling the switching element of the converter by outputting the effective power command of the converter based on a DC voltage command and a detected DC voltage value. SOLUTION: The deviation of the power P detected by means of a power detector 107 from a power command Pref is computed by means of a subtractor 121 and the subtractor 121 inputs the deviation to a compensator 122. The compensator 122 is constituted of an output limiter, a DC voltage control circuit 110 as the DC voltage command of a power converter 101 inputted to and operates so as to make the command Pref coincident with the detected power value P. Then, the deviation of the DC voltage Vd detected by means of a DC voltage detector 106 from the output of the compensator 122 is computed by means of a subtractor 111. The calculated deviation is sent to a gate control circuit 108 as an effective power command Pac after the deviation is amplified by means of a compensator 112 and operates so that the DC voltage Vd can become coincident with the DC voltage command Vdref. |
