Starting unit in the form of handle 6 is enclosed in housing 1 and has ratchet mechanism 9 and tie-rod 10 with spring-loaded damper 11. Operating member of temperature sensor - stop 14 is installed on surface of cover 3. Aforesaid components are accommodated in quickly detachable burner housing. Burner 1 is provided with sealing 17 and clamping mechanism 2 which together ensuring hermetic sealing of burner mixer passage connection with cock pipe union 18.
