SUBSTANCE: device has body 1 with through hole 2 accommodating pressing member 3 made in the form of protruding one with respect to cutting member and located in front of its edge. Pressing member 3 is spring-loaded by spring 5. Body 1 may be separable and consists of cutting part 10 and pressing part 11 interconnected by fastening member 12.
