PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a transmission clamp device to vibrations with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A clamp device 1 is pressed out of spring steel to integrally comprise a clamp body 10, a tightened part 20 and an urging means 30. The height H of a spacer part 31 of the urging means 30 is set longer than the fitting height of the tightened part 20, to thereby cause a pressure part 32 to pressure a valve body to which the tightened part 20 has been bolted. The tightened part at only one position and the simple structure of the clamp device 1 suffice to pressure the valve body at two positions of the tightened part 20 and the pressure part 32 and thus to suppress vibrations.
