<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor and confirm the state of packet data flow of a multiplexing satellite broadcast system in real time by analyzing reproduced packet flow by an analyzing device having a logical processor, and displaying it. SOLUTION: In a multiplexing satellite broadcast system, a received signal of a satellite broadcast is made into a packet data flow through a specific process and supplied to the analyzing device 63. The analyzing device 63 selects a specific carrier signal by a tuner 64, decodes it into a digital packet flow by demodulation 65, and then corrects bit errors by a reverse directional error logic device FEC 66. Then an analytic logic device 68 analyzes this packet data by a dedicated digital processor 68b and displays the result on an interface computer 70, thus monitoring and confirming the packet data flow and also storing it in a buffer 68a. Consequently, the packet data can be monitored and the signal state can be monitored before the data are made into video.</p> |
