PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change the users or machines without changing the original program and to surely permit a program by collating the acquired executed machine and a user identifier with the contents of a storage area and giving a variable name and the value as keys only when the coincidence is secured in the collation. SOLUTION: A user executes first a start program via a start program execution means 12. The start program acquires an executed machine and a user identifier and collates them with the contents of an identifier storage area. If the identifier storage area stores a machine and a user identifier that are coincident with those executed machine and user identifier, the start program gives a variable name and the value as keys to start an application. When the application is started by the start program, the key variable name and value are fetched and collated with each other. If the coincidence is confirmed in this collation, the application is executed. If no coincidence is confirmed, the process ends at once. |
