FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes transferring at least a part of components into accumulation tanks by means of pneumatic conveyor, while simultaneously aspirating air, accumulation tanks being connected with aspiration unit. In this case, desired area of filter surface is formed with variable carrying capacity depending on dispersity of fed component. Filter surface area of at least one tank is formed with excess over the area of corresponding air-transparent region of surface of this tank in the range from 1.002 to 230 reduced diameters of this region. Filter surface is shaped as three-dimensional shell with fixed or variable curvature or combined configuration being at maximum distance from plane apex coinciding with at least one nonlinear section of air-transparent region outline or at distance from the plane of horizontal projection of corresponding air- transparent region constituting 0.62 to 78 reduced diameters of air- transparent region. EFFECT: lowered loss of raw material and speeded up production process because of its more rhythmic organization. 89 cl, 12 dwg |
