FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: meter has generator 1 of pulses of rectangular, linearly-varying and square waveforms, electric bridge 2 and balance indicator 4. First arm of bridge is formed by series-connected measurement object 3 which has series-connected resistor 5 and inductance coil 6 in parallel to which capacitor 7 and resistor 8 are connected. Common lead of inductance coil 6 and resistor 8 forms first apex of diagonally opposite pair of bridge terminals. Second arm of bridge includes series-connected resistors 9, 10 and 11. Inductance coil 12 is connected in parallel to resistor 11. Parallel-connected capacitor 13 and resistor 14 are connected in parallel to series-connected resistors 9 and 10. When measuring the object parameters, meter allows the use of only adjustable resistors as standard balancing elements. EFFECT: reduced mass and dimensions. 2 dwgl
